About the Role
Manhattan Integrative Psychiatry, a referral-based practice serving a discerning clientele, is seeking highly independent and driven limited-permit eligible clinicians (LMSW, MHC-LP, or MHC actively pursuing licensure) who are ready to take full ownership of their career trajectory. We're offering a unique opportunity to learn from Dr. Alisa Turok, MD, and gain experience with innovative integrative methods – but you will be responsible for building your client base and establishing your professional brand.
This is NOT a traditional supervision role. This is an opportunity for clinicians who are ready to act as entrepreneurs within a supportive framework. We provide mentorship, resources, and infrastructure; you provide the hustle, initiative, and vision.

This role is for you if:
Active NYS limited permit in psychiatry/psychology.
Completion of an accredited graduate program with clinical internship experience.
Proactivity is non-negotiable: You identify problems before they’re flagged and seek feedback relentlessly.
Commitment to evidence-based practice and ethical care.
