Our Integrative Approach
We’re a small, collaborative team of psychiatrists and therapists based in Manhattan, united by a shared belief: you deserve mental health care that actually feels human. We come from different training backgrounds, but we work closely together: consulting, coordinating, and thinking as a team, so you don’t feel like you’re navigating your care alone. Some of us focus more on medication management, others on therapy, others on lifestyle and nervous system support, but we’re all here for the same reason: to help you feel more like yourself in your daily life.
"Everyone Should Feel Confident, Relaxed, and Like Their True Self."
Giving you the awareness, support, and tools to make mindful choices and take control of your journey.
At Manhattan Integrative Psychiatry, we look at your mental health through three connected lenses: brain, mind, and body. Instead of focusing on just one piece, we start with a comprehensive evaluation and then build a plan that supports all three so you’re cared for from every angle.
How We Treat
-
Together, we:
Review your medical, psychiatric, and family history.
Talk through your current symptoms, stressors, and goals.
Look at what you’ve already tried and how it’s felt.
Identify which parts of the brain–mind–body model are most important to focus on first.
From there, we design a personalized plan that may include medication management, therapy, nutritional support, or a combination of all three.
It Starts With a Comprehensive Evaluation
Collaborative Care, Not Siloed Care
You shouldn’t have to be the one coordinating everything.
With your consent, our clinicians communicate with each other psychiatrists, therapists, and integrative nutrition providers:
Share updates and insights
Align on goals and next steps
Adjust the plan together as you grow and change
The result is care that feels cohesive, connected, and truly integrative so you’re supported as a whole person, not a collection of separate appointments.
